Do I Have To Sign A Long-term Lease Agreement?
Yes, all unit rentals require a minimum 6-month lease.
Do You Require a Security Deposit?
Yes, asecurity deposit required. The deposit will be returned if the rental property is left in good condition, and no balance on your account is due. A 30-day written notice of termination must be sent to the property manager by the tenant to end recurring payments.
Can I Pay With a Credit Card?
Yes,A valid credit card or ACH information is required. The monthly rental fee will be automatically charged on the first day of each month.
What Information Do I Need To Provide?
The tenant must provide the property manager with their current mailing address, telephone number, and email address prior to occupying the unit.
